Terms of Service
The ground rules for working with Oasis Prime Media. Last updated 18 August 2026.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to services provided by Oasis Prime Media unless a signed statement of work says otherwise. Where the two conflict, the signed statement of work wins.
2. Scope and changes
Every engagement starts with a written scope listing deliverables, timeline and price. Changes are quoted before work begins on them — you will never receive an invoice for something you did not approve in writing.
3. Payment
Projects are invoiced 50% at kick-off and 50% at handover. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payment beyond 30 days pauses active work until settled.
4. Ownership and licensing
On final payment, all deliverables produced for you — code, design source files, copy and documentation — transfer to you outright. Third-party assets (fonts, stock, plugins) remain under their own licences, which we list at handover. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
5. Client responsibilities
Timely feedback, access to the systems we need and a named decision-maker. Delays in these areas move the delivery date by the same amount of time.
6. Results
We forecast honestly and report transparently, but marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control: market conditions, product, pricing and platform behaviour. We do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue or follower counts, and we will always tell you when a target looks unrealistic.
7. Confidentiality
Both sides keep commercial information confidential during the engagement and for three years after it ends. We will sign your NDA if you have one.
8. Termination
Retainers can be ended with 30 days written notice after the minimum term. Projects can be stopped at any time; you pay for work completed to that point and receive everything produced so far.
9. Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
